I'm nearly 30 and understand completely - it's been years since I've made physical contact with another person and that's not changing any time soon. Its so lonely. You're not alone on here at least.

Slightly younger that you but I can totally relate. I lost so many friends and family over the years too. I honestly can't wait to be done with this shit life. SN is calling me more and more now.
