Like to start Friends WhatsApp group

I like the idea in principle but with the greatest of respect for everyone, won't be giving out my phone number - I think that's needed for WhatsApp but not necessarily all other messengers?

Yes I originally said yes but then realized my phone number would have to be given out, so thats a No from me. However I like the idea but not using WhatsApp

I think a virtual world like Second Life has its advantages over Whatsapp.
