I'm wanting to ctb today and all I can think of is to hang myself with a belt or necktie from my shower door beam thing. It's pretty sturdy. I've put my weight on it before. Good idea?

I guess it depends on what you want to achieve. If you're okay with actual choking and pain it could suffice, otherwise you should plan it better.
