I find it awful how existing here can very easily get much worse, but I guess it's just the reality of existing in a world where there is unlimited potential to suffer and where chance so cruelly determines everything. Existence is just too cruel.

Nope. I actually live in CIS so it's pretty easy and not illegal to get it. But that market doesn't deliver SN to my place anymore. Meanwhile most cities like Moscow is fine.

Same here. It got better and now it's back to being in the gutter. My husband either doesn't know or doesn't care what he does to my state of mind (probably doesn't care) and is so inept at communication that he could never understand. All he cares about is his 25 year old bestie. He is 49 years old.
