Lethal benzo/pill dosage.

Hi,

You might be able to refer me to a previous thread that already has this info but after a cursory look I've not been able to find what I need. Curious about the lethal dose of benzo/opiate etc. Looking for some fairly sure thing stats here since I obviously don't want to make a mistake with it and end up in an even worse position. For reference I do already take around 180mg of codeine daily although I can't really feel that at this point. Is a lethal dose with this kind of thing achievable? I'm looking for a fairly painless way out, would that be the case?

You have a high tolerance to codeine so I would say it'll be very unlikely that you'll overdose on it even at much higher doses. Benzos are near impossible to overdose on unfortunately.

It's so hard to get OD with benzos.

You are exceedingly unlikely to OD on benzos or benzos plus codeine, as it is a very weak opioid that is converted to morphine in the body for the vast majority of it's effectiveness. This demethylation to morphine has a quickly reached saturation limit where more isn't going to have much of an increased effect.

Benzos will not kill you. Neither will opioids. Taking them together probably won't either. Codeine is an incredible weak opioid.
You seem very ill prepared. I think you need to look at the resources section of the website. If feels to me like you are just rushing around to try and overdose on things you have laying around the house.

But on a source online a man overdose 133 Zopiclone pills mixed with alcohol then died.

@Octavina, you are demonstrating confirmation bias. You can find far more stories online from people who died from a bee sting or eating peanuts. Neither are reliable methods (though from the raw numbers are much more likely to result in death than benzos). Benzos alone are almost never fatal absent underlying medical conditions, and benzos plus alcohol are seldom fatal either.

I'm not quite sure how you think sedating oneself before hanging works, but I would venture to say it won't turn out as you anticipate. The ambien walrus may take you on a journey you won't remember...

Benzo overdoses are very common and quite easy to achieve (even with coma), and benzodiazepines mixed with other substances (for example alcohol) CAN actually kill you, especially if you are old or have some preexisting medical conditions. The success rate is about 33%, quite low but not insignificant.
