Hi guys,

I'm planning to ctb by drinking SN on Friday night - tomorrow. I hope it's ok if I post updates here on my progress. Thank you all for being such a wonderful community. It has meant a lot to me over the relatively short time I've been here.

I actually have a burning question - are the SN packages from IC airtight? They look like they are to me, but I definitely don't want the nitrite degrading. I'll attach a picture with the details blurred out, but if mods want to delete this they can I hope I'm not breaking any rules

If you have any question about the safety or effectiveness of the substance you have, then you may want to err on the side of caution. Of course it has to be your choice, but no one here would judge you if you decided to wait to until you could get the right material to exit gracefully and painlessly.

Holy hell u got 3 packets of sn? thought only 1 is needed, i only got one myself, i guess 3 leaves no room for error ey. I hope u'll find peace

Here is my regime for Friday. UK time.

09:00 hours Begin dry fast

20:00 hours Begin liquid fast

22:00 hours 1000mg paracetamol, 1x10mg Temazepam tablet (tablets swallowed with minimal amount of water)

22:15 hours 3x30mg Metoclopramide (again, tablets swallows with minimal amount of water)

22:30 hours 4x Rennie chewable tablets (chew all 4 with no water)

During wait time of 30 minutes, prepare 3 SN drinks by dissolving 25 grams sodium nitrite in 50ml plain water

23:00 hours Drink 25g SN in 50ml water quickly, then suck on mint

Lay on right side on bed.

I just had a question. I was planning to use much more benzos, but this is not recommended in Stan's guide. My question is - do benzodiazepines potentiate the SN, or are they merely used for comfort?

@Proper Overdoser @Shadowlord900 do you know if benzos actually potentiate SN or are just there to make death more peaceful?

I don't know if you're suffering from a physical ailment that makes every bit of life insufferable (such as cancer) or something else. So, don't take this the wrong way or take it as me judging your life or assuming who you are as a person because I don't know much about either of those things, so I can't even begin to judge. I just want you to know that IF you're choosing to do this because you feel as though you don't matter, you DO matter. You matter to me as a person and I can't speak for others, so you may or may not matter to them, but you do have value regardless. It takes a lot of internal work to find value within yourself and it takes time to do that. Not saying that you haven't tried that already, like I mentioned before, Idk your circumstances and at the end of the day it's all your choice and maybe your reasoning for doing this isn't about self worth, but rather something else which is fine. I really don't wanna assume.

I just… I don't know… I just looked at your post specifically and something within me was just like "this needs to be said", so I'm saying it. Maybe it was the way you typed certain things? You seem like a nice person :). Sorry if this response offends you. My response isn't meant to imply anything negative about you, I'm not good with words, so if it came across that way, then I'm sorry. I'm sure you'll make the right choice, whatever that choice may be.

Anyone please feel free to chime in on this also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :) I could take normal dose of Temazepam 1 hour before drinking SN, then double dose (20mg) 30 minutes before. So there is not enough time for it to overly sedate me.
