Least painful ways to CBT?

It just depends on what you can access, all that anyone can really do, is do their own research into the different methods to decide what is best for themselves. Suicide is simply not straightforward and that is the unfortunate reality. If it is, I would already be long gone at this point. And by the way I don't think that there's a way to actually get N, there is just scams going around. N does sound like the best method to me, it's tragic how it's not an option for us.

I find fentanyl OD very promising. I am currently not looking to ctb at the moment, but was really considering it for a few months recently. During those few months I did extensive research of "painless" ways to exit out. I'd say after all the research, stories, and experiences I have read, I would put my top 3 exit methods at: 1. Fentanyl OD 2. Nitrogen asphyxiation 3. Gun shot to my brain stem (behind my ear). Fent seems like a good alternative to N, maybe even better. I am sure finding fent poses its own challenges, but in the long run it is probably easier to get than N.

Some cases are painful, some cases are discomforting, some cases are peaceful. Everybody reacts different.

Sounds like N is the least painful way to go. But Nitrogen doesn't sound too bad, especially if you do become unconscious real quick. I'm choosing nitrogen, if I can find somewhere that sells it that doesn't require you to be a business

The same old story unfortunately. It used to be inexpensive and readily available from China, then a ban came in. Fentanyl and carfentanil are definitely out there somewhere, but question marks about sources and the purity of what they would actually supply remain. If a reputable supplier emerges, I would be first to grab some. Of course, less potent opioids are more accessible but one would just need a buttload more to have the same effect.

I only mention it as a literal answer to the OP's question. :)

Not very pretty but if you have access and don't mind leaving a mess, shotgun in the mouth. In the time it takes for your brain to register pain it won't be in any condition to register anything. I imagine the stress of overcoming SI is the extent of the pain someone would feel. Access though ranges from very easy to almost impossible depending on where you live and your history. And some people would feel bad leaving loved ones to scrub blood and whatever remains of your brain off the wall.

Not sure how, or who for that matter, compiled them. And there are some here on SS that don't like this list as there is another list inside the PPeH that is somewhat different. And yes, time would be time until death.
