There are several articles, books and documentaries that collectively prove these things. (In other words, they respectively prove different pieces of the puzzle.) But I don't remember the titles of them all, or where they are all located (as they're found at different places on the internet). But at least I can give you the titles of the few books and documentaries that collectively serve as the main proof of these things, if you want.
