Books that provide proof regarding the afterlife:
1) The 2 books, "Journey of souls" and "Destiny of souls" (in that order), by Michael Newton.
These 2 books are based on around 7000 cases of different clients travelling back to the spirit-world, during hypno-therapy-sessions. And they all tell the exact same, highly detailed story of the spirit-world - despite the therapist only asking them open-ended/non-leading questions. And these findings are also consistent among Michael Newton's students, who use the same methods as he did - which thereby prove that he didn't just "make it all up" (as at least some of his students would have told the truth, if it was all a lie).
Besides, Michael Newton's findings provide the only logical explanation that allows for earth to be such a difficult/evil/cruel place, and that at the same time allows for a God/source that is truly good/kind/loving.
And Michael Newton's portrayal of the spirit-world, is both highly detailed and highly logical; and it corresponds perfectly with all of the other, valid evidences of the afterlife; and it also corresponds perfectly with the incredible peace, love and freedom that people usually experience during near-death-experiences.
And due to the combination of all of these things, it's obvious (at least to any intelligent and rational person) that Michel Newton's findings are actually correct. It's simply the most wholesome model of the afterlife, that explains and corresponds with all of the other pieces of the puzzle. And that's why the combination of the 2 books, "Journey of souls" and "Destiny of souls", can be considered the real bible in life.
2) "The afterlife experiments" by Gary E. Schwartz.
This book tells about thorough, scientific experiments that were conducted on real mediums (as opposed to fake mediums), in a highly controlled environment. during their sessions with clients (called sitters) - who the mediums didn't even know by name; and who the mediums didn't even see; and who were only allowed to give yes/no replies to the mediums; and who weren't even allowed to reply to the mediums at all, in some parts of the scientific experiments. (In other words, these scientific experiments were extremely thorough - which is the reason why their results are extremely valid.)
The mediums did much better than the control-groups. And the mediums even revealed some things that the clients (the sitters) didn't even know about - but which they later managed to confirm. And these things thereby prove (at least to an intelligent and rational person) that the mediums had actual contact with souls in the spirit-world, during the experiments; and that their results weren't simply caused by "an abnormal level of telepathy between the mediums and the clients (the sitters)".
3) "Hello From Heaven!" av Bill Guggenheim & Judy Guggenheim.
This book is about after-death-communications (people who have been contacted by loved ones, after their loved ones had died), and is based on interviews with over 2000 people.
Documentaries that provide proof regarding the afterlife:
1) "Surviving death" (a documentary found on Netflix).
2) "The afterlife experiments". (This documentary is not related to the book of the same name, by Gary E. Schwart, which I mentioned above.)
In addition, I would highly recommend watching this video about Vincent Tolman's near-death-experience:
It's the best/most accurate near-death-experience I've come across, as it perfectly aligns with the consistent findings of Michael Newton (which I mentioned above) - even more than any other near-death-experience I've come across.
And you can also see in the comments-section for that video, that many other people also consider it the best near-death-experience they've ever come across. (Which, at least in part, is precisely because it depicts "Heaven" in the way that we all intuitively expect it to be/operate - which is because we all intuitively know what true love should entail in a place that actually consists of it.)
