Been sober from alcohol since 11.10.2025. Well that ended today. Been feeling so unhappy without alcohol, drinking today made it better. Helped me have the courage to tell my parents that I feel like shit, that I'm done with life. They were "understanding". My father at least told me that h felt the.same when he was younger. Made me feel a bit better I guess. Still want to ctb one day. I just think life is overrated. Alcohol gives me clarity and I now see truly what I want. It's to die. Either by my own hand or by others.
