Wow, 42 minutes is a lot! Must be tough on you! I was lucky to retain my memory, so mine must've been shorter. I don't know the exact time though, no one told me. Mine also happened in 2017, except in summer, and I am still in recovery as well.
Wish I had some effective advice for you to help with fatigue, but sadly I don't. There is a plenty of advice online, but I think it is not applicable to you (or me) because your tiredness isn't caused by eating too much sugar or having a poor sleeping cycle, and has a much more serious cause instead. I guess it might get better with time? I'd suggest just moving into bed and living under a blanket until next spring, but I know it's not a viable option for most.
