Hai ragione, ingenua io. Ho annullato l'ordine. Mi diceva sale nitrito 99% e credevo fosse la concentrazione del nitrito di sodio ma molto più probabile sia semplice sale da cucina. Come non detto... sembrava troppo semplice per essere vero in effetti
