Yes I only had 2 officers, 1 male and 1 female. Female officer tried to calm me down because I was just in shock. They came so late and wtf was all that about. They asked me if I had it with me. I told them no but they just said they believed I was in danger of harming myself. My room is kinda empty so they found it pretty quick. There was no way I was the first one because they knew as soon as they saw the black box.

I had some ambulance services come later in the night even tho I told them not to.

Sorry for doubting you. It will be interesting to see and hear from other members if/when they receive visits. Only time will tell

Depending on how they ordered it's possible it to do with Air BnB sharing their details. Someone mentioned getting banned from Air BnB for trying to buy SN. If they clocked on not far fetch they would share customer details.

Just a heads up—if the cops show up asking about SN and this is true, this might help. Especially if you get anxious around authority.

1. You don't have to let them in.
No warrant = no entry. Ask: "Do you have a warrant?" If not, "I don't consent to a search." Be polite, but firm.

2. You don't have to say you have it.
You're not legally required to admit anything. You can say, "I don't want to answer that," or "Am I being charged with something?" Totally valid.

3. Don't say it's for suicide.
That can get you sectioned or flagged. If asked, say you got it for:

• Meat curing
• Water purification
• Photography
• Chemistry experiments

All common, legal uses. You don't need to over explain, just keep it neutral.

4. If they take it, ask for paperwork.
Say, "Can I get documentation for this?" You can follow up with a Subject Access Request or FOIA later.

5. If you seem unstable, they might section you.
If you look distressed or mention suicide, they can detain you. Stay calm. You're allowed to say, "I'm fine, I don't want to talk about my mental health."

SN orders are getting more attention lately, especially if someone nearby used it or your vendor's on a watchlist. Helpful whether this post and the other one is true or not!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Sounds terrifying. The police came to my house questioning me about N a year after I brought it. They were actually quite nice to me. But some others from the UK said that they had a different experience with them. I saw some accounts mentioning them being pushy and questioning their family or housemates. N didn't work out for me. But after the police visit it made me cautious of having SN sent to a home address. I do think it will become even harder to get SN in the UK.

I think this is a very astute observation from FrozenOcean. Look at the usernames of the 2 threads in question. Just a bunch of common words thrown together to form a phrase. And the OP of this thread, a NEWER member, "conveniently" includes the disclaimer that "they don't care if anyone believes them", like they know already that people won't believe them after only being here a couple weeks? I say if this is really happening it WILL be picked up by the press and stories about it will appear in newspapers. It would be a big deal. A bit suspicious that it's just these two and they have similar usernames. Both from the UK, one had 6 cops come and the other had 2 cops. One of them hasn't responded since yesterday, but they acted like the cops left them alone after they gave them a bag of sodium nitrate to pacify them. The other OP is being put on an extended hold for an unknown amount of time, suppose to be contacted at some point, but whatever, even though the police searched their home because of how seriously dangerous the situation was. This is in the UK, don't think it would happen in the US. The UK is going through some things right now... You get police visits from social media posts that are deemed racist/offensive there... Sad times fo the UK. The letter I linked to at the bottom says the following :".
