I would think that any height is enough if you can land on your head and break your neck, but I wouldn't count on the height of that building to be enough if you plan on just smashing your full body into the ground. I'm no expert, though, so I might be wrong.

Probably, since you land on concrete--A couple in NYC recently both died from only the 6th floor(but cops say he perhaps pushed her out first then followed her seconds later)but you don't want 'probably' you want 'definitely', so, go higher

9 story building would hit the pavement at about 65mph. I think that's more than enough and the landing doesn't matter. Head will hit the ground at a high speed regardless.
