It says 523 meters on the link, so that's more than enough. You won't even need to land head first cause you will reach terminal velocity after falling 450 meters so that's 100% lethal.

I don't think it can be too high. Too terrifying, maybe, but not too high.

Probably not higher than I am right now, on some strong hash. It's the only way I can cope with the emptiness of existence.
On a side note, we have 300 meter shopping mall towers that are a really convenient jumping spot in my city. So my final destination is always an Uber away from my house, which is nice.
