Method jumping off a 10 meter bridge?

I need CTB methods, they can be painful but accessible, obs I live in a small town so there is no treem, maybe throw me in front of a bus?? I need tips on how to fall to be fatal, hanging? jumping off a 10 meter bridge?

10 meter is not enough. You will end up in a wheelchair

You want 50 meters minimum or ideally 100+ meters. Some coastal cliffs can exceed 100 meters.

Você quer um mínimo de 50 metros ou idealmente mais de 100 metros. Algumas falésias costeiras podem ultrapassar os 100 metros.

Any methods involving getting ran over by a vehicle (car, bus or train) is generally unreliable and I can't recommend. I'm sorry if you're desperate to depart quickly. It's best to plan out your CTB method carefully and that unfortunately can take time, especially if you want a peaceful or at least an actual good chance of CTBing. Trying to CTB rashly will increase the chances of failure and likely will leave you off worse physically.
