Seems like this would be pretty reliable, no one has ever survived the fall. How painful do you think this would be? Would it leave a mess? Obviously it's a huge tourist attraction so the odds of traumatising someone is huge, unless you go in the middle of the night. Anyone see any issues with this method? SN is just too inaccessible

This is what I'm going with, albeit not the same location. I imagine if you fall from high enough you wouldn't even register the impact. Currently I'm looking into how to bias my fall so that I'm likely to land head first.

How high does the drop have to be for a fall/jump to be fatal in any location?

I have plenty of really high mountains around me, where I could easily fall 500 feet. I thought about doing that, but thats too much adrenaline, I would rather sit on the mountaintop in peaceful silence and shoot myself.

I've read on falling suicides and it seems that when you fall from a height of over seven floors you don't feel pain (you feel a tingly sensation instead). To me this sounds like a good method, if the fall doesn't kill you, the water surely will.
