Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The golden gate bridge is 220 feet and takes 4 seconds; the only method faster that I know of is certain anesthetics like succynlcholine, and you need to be a doctor to get that.
It will take maybe five or six seconds; compared to other methods like setting yourself on fire in a car, which in some cases takes up to 4 days if it works.
How sure can you be that the windows will open on a building this high- in the U.S. for tallo buildings the windows don't open this high up.
You almost never hear of someone jumping from a building in the u.s. due to this. Some still may find a way, but I'm not sure how.

You mean falling time? Of course that will be scary- all methods are scary when this part comes- when you take the step where there is no turning back. Even if this is 99% likely to work you still don't know if you'll get that 1%, so that is scary. It's hard to get ctb methods that aren't scary- N or Nitrogen or Pure Helium are much less scary methods, but most people can't get these materials. Still it's less than 10 seconds of falling time, though it may seem longer.
