I’ve been at the hospital for 20 hours

Had a panic attack that landed me in the ER and I've been in the hospital for about 20 hours

My heart rate was 140-160 consistently for about 15 hours. I threw up until I choked on my own vomit.

I didn't sleep at all last night.

My heart rate is finally back to normal.
I'm still here waiting to see a cardiologist.

I guess it must be really difficult if you're already dealing with dark thoughts.

Heart goes out to you, I deal with heart palpitations that get that high (120-170) so being high consistently for that long must've been absolutely awful.
