Would it be possible to bleed to death due to blood loss by placing a cannula and putting the arm in a bucket of hot water or something similar to speed up the bleeding?

Ovbiously I'm not an expert in these blood resources. Just wondering....

Probably not. Cutting your wrist and taking a hot bath would certainly cause more bleeding, yet it is widely considered unreliable.
