I was sitting down on my bed looking in the mirror trying to compress the carotid artery. My vision didn't fade and I didn't pass out but after 10 seconds I started feeling dizzy and my whole body felt really good then my arm started moving on its own like a mini seizure and I couldn't feel or control it.

Whenever I try it's either my head feels like it's going to explode or what I've explained above and sometimes when I use a shirt or scarf I fall over while still holding it tight but I never pass out?

I remember first time i tried the same thing, but i just pushed this artery just with my fingers and felt exactly the same. Seems like this is carotid artery, yea. But i must admit i sometimes felt anxiety during those seizures. Maybe it's just me...
