Is this belt good enough?

It is a little bit elastic, and I can fasten it to any point.
I first thought of partial hanging but maybe I could just tighten to my neck and lay down. Would that work? Too risky? How tight it must be?
Any advice is appreciated.

Supposed it could be used with the night night method but a ratchet strap would be better. But a read of the hanging mega thread may give you some ideas
