Method Is this a good method? Charcoal burning

Is driving my car to a secluded area then burning some charcoal a good method? I've learned it's a popular method in Asia.

It can be. Do it right and I could see it being painless. I personally would want a meter to ensure I have the right concentration. I'd rather pass out quick then wait for it.
