Help Is this a good addiction to have?

I'm well endowed, but ugly face + childhood trauma, so ended up incel.

I've had a few online stuff, where I've been involved with about 7 girls. Only dated one of them irl, but we didn't have sex.

I found out that reddit has entire subreddits where people post their merch, and screenshots of reacts with names redacted.

I posted my earliest one, and I got a message from a girl, asking to see. It felt so good. I probably won't even meet these girls irl. But I'm okay with online stuff too.

I tend to get addicted to people.

Was wondering if I should keep doing this or not.

It's a massive dopamine and ego boost.

A focus on self-stimulation is certainly a pathway to addiction. Almost all addictions increase isolation. From what you describe it may be possible that many of the "women" you encounter is such an environment are actually men.

It may be a batter idea to use some of your time to work on developing social skills that can be useful in the real world. For example joining a tennis or golf club where you can be paired with others for a game and practice how to engage with others.

Well an addiction by definition is a negative thing, so no it is not good.

But what is good is that you have found a way to get positive attention, however this won't last long with the way you're going about it, it can also warp your sense of self, and of the world if your only positive attention is well.. your manhood.

Are you truly ugly? Or is that your self-view? From the many men i've seen in my life, those I would consider ugly have always been those that had very poor hygiene or self-care. I've never met an ugly man that is well-groomed.
