Definitely, though I'm more pro-choice. If someone I love is thinking about suicide I will do my best to talk them out of it, however I believe it's ultimately their choice.
Conversations about suicide intrigue me but I wouldn't say I love it only because people will get concerned or want to report you. It's not a social norm to talk nonchalantly about suicide.

People will do everything they can to keep a person alive but one large vet bill and their cat or dog is put to sleep. Nothing like a double standard

I love talking about suicide but I'm not pro-suicide. I want every person to have what is best for them. If suicide is their last option, then it's fine. Respect choices. We only know our suffering. Which is a thing prolifers will never understand.

Well, I am . I don't like discussing death and I don't find it romantic. It's rather boring. But my natural tendency is for "yeah just do it". I won't of course , because I'm not a sociopath (yet) . I often think to myself "why are the idiots still blabbering ? Die already !" (that includes me;) . If it was ethical I would have encouraged people to ctb , not because I take pleasure in it , but because , sadly , I think it's the best option for all of us , not just here or suicidal .

I doubt few people are truly "pro suicide" by that I mean, I doubt to many people really want to die, or see others die. It's that those of us in the depths of deep suffering feel we should have a choice, and others in the same place should have that choice too. I am not Pro Suicide, by that I mean: I don't want to see anyone die by their own hands, but sometimes life leaves us no options and I definately understand that, and believe in Choice.

This is a loaded topic for me.

Secretly I go through each day wondering why I just don't hang myself &get over with, but also have past failed attempts nagging at me, so I'm hesitant to just do it. So when the topic of suicide is brought up, it depends on up the scale I've gone as to whether I can openly talk about it.
If I'm having impulsive thoughts about jumping in from of a subway, then talking about it isn't something I'm willing to do.

Yeah... Sometimes I feel like this stems purely from fear of what's after death &the economy. No one knows what happens after we die, &if too many people die, society can't function.

So let's keep everyone suffering their way into a pharmacy, &out into the world in a medicated daze. *sigh*
