Help Is there anywhere I can travel to to buy SN over the counter?

I live in the UK and I'm finding it quite difficult to order SN over the net. I've decided that it's probably best I travel to somewhere it can be bought over the counter. Is there anywhere that this would be possible?

I have Benzos from my prescription so really I only need SN and antiemetics, I do have Aripiprazole, I'm wondering also if that would be any use as an antiemetic?

I'm really eager to get this over with before Christmas, so any help is greatly appreciated!

aah, the golden sn era is over. i remember buying sn and meto on ebay.
