Is there any video guide or well made guide on nitrogen tank method?

I've chosen nitrogen asphyxiatia but i can't find any guide on how to actually do it. Like what litre tank is needed, what regulator for the tank is required, how to set the gas flow, what mask to get or plastic bag works too but when I stop breathing won't the plastic bag burst? I am confused about all these things and don't know where to get the answers from. Help would be greatly appreciated

there are some video's out there (atleast i know only one tho)

dont think we are allowed to share so ill refrain from that.
only think i say google is your friend and that sounds like an awefull advice.

but at the other side there is also a thing that you need to do your own research.

I agree with the other person. I'm resigned to this method too, but I have to do my own digging to find out the resources. It's fucked up how we're literally living to die by spending so much effort to find the resources for this method and make sure it works properly.
