I've chosen nitrogen asphyxiatia but i can't find any guide on how to actually do it. Like what litre tank is needed, what regulator for the tank is required, how to set the gas flow, what mask to get or plastic bag works too but when I stop breathing won't the plastic bag burst? I am confused about all these things and don't know where to get the answers from. Help would be greatly appreciated.
