I'm currently trying to choose between the 2 under the names Primperan (Metoclopramide) or CILROTON (Dromperidone)

Metoclopramide is more effective. Dignitas uses that for N. Metoclopramide is also recommended in the edition of the PPH I read.

thanks for answering , the source I found refers to metoclopramide as metoclopramida , is that just a language difference or should I be wary of the difference ?

I'm using meto because it's what I could get and I've seen it's the most common AE used for sn.

Both are fine. Meto has an added benefit of encouraging your stomach to empty quicker, so that's usually preferred.
