Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Anyone else feel absurd struggling to end it when people's lives end every single day with no justice. I read an article about a entire family of 4 who was killed in San Francisco by a driver. Like wtf. Why do I value my miserable existence much. They actually had valuable meaningful lives and they are gone for no reason. There's literally tragedy ever single day and life itself seems utterly pointless. I'm one random speck that's going to be forgotten the day after I die. Like why is it so hard to let go?

Every once in a while, there's (finally) a 'deep' post/thread like this one in this forum/website. I've also had the existential depression for similar reasons. Life is meaningless & absurd. But, most people they simply just cope with all types of toxic positivity & optimism bias nowadays. It's basically just the survival instinct, deeply innate within the human's nature. Nothing more than that. Nothing special. We're all just like ants. Some live, some die. It's cosmic nihilism (or existential nihilism).

In the movie "Heretic" (2024) starring Hugh Grant, there is a quote that I really like:

"I'll tell you what's frightening.
Not knowing is frightening!
Where do we come from? What are we doing here? What's our purpose?
The terror of those questions is why religions exist."

If you ponder on questions like this, you might like that channel. He talks about all types of philosophy, but actually covers absurdism, nihilism, existentialism, etc. quite a bit.

Some of those might help answer your questions, if you're actually looking for answers. Or could just help cure some boredom.

Apologies if this isn't interesting or helpful.
