trying to OD on pain killers but that wouldn't look "naturally" maybe if u do it slowly would do it but it might take you a lot of time.

Intrvenous injection of an overdose of potassium chloride is difficult to detect. After death, cells release potassium, making it difficult to distinguish from intentional poisoning. Death occurs within minutes. (Cardiac arrest)
