If you don't want to buy any substances, your best bet is probably partial. All you really need just just rope and something that can support your body weight. It's theoretically painless and pretty effective.

Carotid compression can be done with cheap material and is painless. You can do it either by hanging yourself or by ligature strangulation.
Hanging works better if you're heavier, ligature strangulation is less risky but a lot harder to do so it kind of can still end up needing complicated planning. As for ligature strangulation there's the night night method, the tourniquet method (should put a bag on your head with that one though, tourniquet can come undone), and taking something like a scarf and having knots or something in it over your carotids when it's as tight as possible around your neck.
If one method takes too much effort you can just go on to another one. From what I could find people have ctb this way before, including with just a simple scarf with knots over carotids, it's just rare since most people don't know about it.

In simple terms, it aids in fast absorption through the skin and mucous membranes like the stomach lining. A mixture of (nearly) dissolved 20g of sn in 100ml of dmso when drank will work very quickly and does not require anti-e. The user Xerxes exited this way, at least that's the prevailing theory. He tested it and explained his findings, which is what I summarized above.

If effective and the person is finally able to leave their pain and sorrow behind them, what would the final determination of cause of death be in the autopsy?
