I'm having a hard time finding methods that are accessible to me.

I wanted to know if there was a megathread like the partners megathread that featured strictly methods people have tried out or researched?

If not, is there a way to strictly search for threads tagged "method" in the search bar?

Are there only threads for specific methods? No generally megathread?

Are there only threads for specific methods? No generally megathread?

Do you mean a megathread where all methods are discussed? Unfortunately I don't know anything about that.
I've only seen megathreads where only specific methods are discussed.
For example this one:

is there a way to strictly search for threads tagged "method" in the search bar?

Not in the search bar, but if you click on the method tag next to one of the relevant threads, only threads tagged with "method" should appear on the page. Best of luck.
