This is NOT my way or any plan to do this. My ctb method is quick and thus pain could be non issue. This is question from friend. He asks me if hanging is there a collar to help keep him from the struggling to breathe. I tell him I read in here somewhere that there is and the arteries get cut off to brain but you don't choke because the brain dies quickly. I am just asking for a friend. Any help would be nice.
