Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i've been wondering about this for a while. i don't really have access to any peaceful methods so i have to default to more 'intense' ones + i always end up scolding myself for being a coward for simply not jumping from a window or slicing myself open.

but, is anyone else afraid of the pain of a ctb? i know that i want to die, but i just can't seem to find the courage to push myself over the edge.

Kind of? I have no problem with pain from hanging, etc but when I tried to jump out a 30th floor window a while back, my entire body just froze from SI. I eventually managed to lean backwards with two fingers holding on but just ended up vomiting and decided to climb back in.

What was your experience?
You start to feel dizzy, see lights and feel as if everything was spinning around you before passing out. Time enough for SI to kick in and play its tricks.

I see yeah, maybe I would have to get some xanax and alcohol to get past it then

With N2/SCBA I only got to the starting to feel dizzy stage, extremities tingling & heart racing before I had to abort the attempt due to feelings of suffocation. Was gutted as it would've been a great method.

I'm not worried about pain as my method should be painless, just worried about it being unpleasant & my SI is very strong. And of course worried about failure.
