Every one on here is more of "authoritative source" since most people here actually consider using it on themselves, so they have a vested interest in being honest to themselves.

Not at all true. The first, most basic suicide website, 'LostAllHope', clearly states that all online N vendors are scammers. We don't have to rely on the PPH, which still lists a scammer in its own N chapter, for warnings against online scams, that's not its purpose.

That's an idea I had anyway. Find some thug on the street and ask him to shoot you. There are enough violent people out there. Someone might just be curious how it feels to shoot someone. I'm not one to speak to random people though.. "hey would you be interested in shooting me?"
Also difficult in Europe where those guns might not exactly be huge caliber.. I don't know much about guns but people who do said the stuff in circulation here is more like "better pellet guns"..

So is Patrick, for that matter. It's so fucked up. He makes huge mistakes, very publicly, but he hides from his errors and makes no effort at all at damage control. Classic publicity seeking ego, without the smallest shred of responsibility for the harm he does. The people who get scammed are generally those with the least amount of money. It's shameful and abhorrent.

In another thread someone said to me that A probably doesn't even have 100k. Why would anyone ever think that?

There are so incredibly many people wanting to die willing to spend their literal live savings to do it. Selling books/media/whatever is a goldmine.

I'm guilty too. If I had the cash to spare I would just buy anything to see if it is useful. Luckily I have you guys to talk and share info. I'm not really much further than I was years ago, but just knowing that others have the same struggle feels good. I can't hear this "if he were serious he'd have done it". Murder is easy, suicide is not.

Why would they need a follow up confirming he's a scam but still leave the contact details?

Don't bother. PN never publicly withdrew the entry - if anything, he just quietly disappeared it. So, what of the people who got this edition, and acted on it? Poor schmucks. This came out at exactly the time A was in hospital and was out of action. Scammer would have cleaned up. How many people used all the money they had, and had nothing more left to try to order from A when he came back on line?

WayOut - Your text IS accurate, so i apologize about that. Nothing about Patrick though. Is Domingo definitely a scammer? This was in the latest, Oct 2018, PPH, at least the latest linked on here. Hopefully it will be corrected in the next edition and has been corrected on the Exit website. They shouldn't have posted Domingo's contact info if it wasn't confirmed legit, but maybe Domingo was acting legit at the beginning. It does say "preliminary reports". Anyway, no not good.

Yep. It's been known for weeks. [Edit: months, not weeks]

Nothing about Patrick though.

Patrick was announced by Nitschke himself on his forum. Nitschke uses the name "Dr Texit" as well as his own name. Patrick's fake address was posted openly on the forum for weeks. A screen capture of the post with Exit's announcement is all over the internet, now, and the scam is still going.

I have gone down the path of firstly being disbelieving that PN could behave so badly, to being disappointed, and finally, completely disgusted. The deceit, even on his own forum, takes abhorrent behavior to an entirely new level.
