Discussion Is someone planning to fly to South America here for N/ Day X?

The cost of a flight to a south american country which sells easier N is not high. Sometimes even cheaper and easier than to buy N online.
Yeah, the body probably would be in the country where you died.

Voluntary euthanasia like in switzerland costs +- 10.000 Euro/ 11.000 Dollar + costs for the hotel and journey. And there is the risk that they deny it and you lost much money.
In comparison a 1-2 day (for example from Europe) flight to a south/central american country like Mexico, Peru or Bolivia cost approximately 600-2000 Dollar. Few Dollar for hotel, cabs, antiemetic, and N.
And the risk that someone deny it is practically 0 and that you get a fake N.

So why not a flight into one of these beautiful countries for Day X?

It has certainly crossed my mind. I would want to be sure of where I could buy N but there's a lot about flying to Peru (or wherever) to ctb that ticks many of my own boxes; the anonymity particularly. I could die a nobody there, that appeals to me.

I live in South America. Relatively close to some countries you have quoted. But for me it is very difficult to carry out such a trip. Our currency is devalued in relation to the dollar or euro and ends up being expensive. And I'm very poor. But when I first met this forum and read about N it was the first thing I thought if I ever opted for this method
