There's always a chance of getting permanent damage. However, it seems to be less likely with SN than with any other method. If SN doesn't work and you don't have a second glass (or if you decide not to take it), you should call an ambulance as soon as possible, as said in the protocol. You could buy methylene blue ampules as a precaution. If you throw up and don't have more SN on you, you should force yourself to throw up as much as possible also.

I would prepare 2 extra portions of SN. I would use 2 twist off jars.

Fans of this method claim you can´t have permanent damage. But from a medical point of view, this is impossible if brain cells are affected. SN acts through the bloodstream, just like any other substance, in every single cell of the body. It always depends on the individual case and when the person is found and receives medical treatment. If a person has survived with permanent brain damage, he will be unable to tell about it here.

its REALLY reliable but make sure you dont get found for an hour or so, i attempted 2 months ago sadly i got found real quick like 5 minutes after good luck.

at the end of the day, i havent changed my mind and i will attempt again in a month, and i did threw up but it was already over if i didnt get found.
