2. its not easy as that because they can still require you to provide a reason for ordering it and they'll try to verify that reason
Anything that you find that easily is most likely a place that will only sell to business addresses or possiblity a scam. I guess like other people have said it depends on the country but in most first world countries this would be the caseThanks all.
