I've heard it's not pleasant. You feel yourself starting to lose oxygen, I've seen it happen and it did not look painless. Sadly, there's no "perfect" method to ending your life, or we'd know about it. We only have the tools we do, and the toolbox is getting increasingly small

It varies but common ones are:
Nausea, tachycardia, headache, dizziness, inability to move,

Sometimes breathlessness

I took a little bit as an experiment, which isn't recommended. The results were tachycardia, dizziness, bodily heaviness, and headache with no unconsciousness as the dose wasn't high enough.

You're advised to do it with Benzos because they act as a sedative.

Breathlessness, it can and usually does cause seizures and vomiting. Seems quite painful from what I have seen towards the very end. The suffering seems to end quick though once it starts.

Sn arrived today. Will take it tommorow on its own as couldnt get the benzos or antiemics

Since none of us can get N, what methods do you recommend instead then? People here don't and can't have N and some of us don't even want to die but are suffering physically, etc. Many of us can't do nitrogen either. We are not lucky to have N like you are.
