Is SN on its own ok?

if you can hold it down and not throw up too much too soon, it can work
antiemetics help prevent vomit
analgesics help with the headache
benzodiazepines help you pass out soon

Thanks for reply. I plan on having 3 doses ready in case i vomit. I have olanzapine but i see its not ideal

you'll want prescription antiemetics. so you can either obtain one in person from your general practitioner, or order from one of those online pharmacies that also provide an online consulation with a doctor. just mention that you have food poisoning and are unable to keep any meals down cause you keep throwing up. any of these antiemetics will be fine: metoclopramide, domperidone, prochlorperazine, etoclopramide.
