Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's the highest quality SN you can buy if you trust the label. Many people have successfully used it. There are whispers that the owner is pro choice when it comes to ctb but I haven't seen any proof other than they continue to sell SN even after the crackdown on sources. They just added a disclaimer to the SN that says something like "appropriate use of this product is solely the responsibility of the user."

in my opinion IC is reliable. in fact the owner of the site owns another website which sells other stuff like nitrogen exit bags. they definitely know their audience is using their products to CTB.
There are a few people here on SaSu who used IC, others used SD or DD.
You'll see a split based on location. International members are more likely to order from IC or some source in eastern Europe.
SD and DD only ship within the US.
It takes a bit of digging through older posts/threads, but you can figure out by their posts where they ordered from and if they logged back in since their good bye thread.

Hijacking to ask if IC delivers to northern europe? I'm going to order from them in January if the current source I used fails (looks like it's going to...)
