I will tie the sheet around my neck and the other end in a metal bar, then I will put the rope above to secure it more and make enough pressure in the windpipe to not breath.
I have aprox. 40 minutes before my dad finds me.
I was also thinking of putting a plastic bag in my head to be even more sure but I feel like that's way to much.
Does anyone know how much would it take for me to die that way, or if I will die at all?

I feel like the plastic bag is a tad unnecessary, but to each their own.
I have a few concerns with your method, however.
What is the metal bar attached to? Have you tested it to make sure it can hold your weight?
And.. I worry about the 40 min thing. it takes 3-5 to die, yes. however, the longer you're there the less chances there are to be rescued. It may or may not be enough time, so I would put more research into that.

The metal bar is attached to my window, like this (sorry for bad quality) so I'm sure it will resist my weight :), thank you for your response

Honestly my thoughts are this...

(a) 40 minutes before your Dad finds you is cutting it really close, and more importantly...

(b) I don't think it should be your Dad that finds you. Maybe you should look at other locations.
