Method Is it still possible to jump from Beachy Head with all the restrictions?

I am considering to travel to UK on summer to jump from Beachy Head and I am wondering if it is still accessible knowing that people are patrolling the site 24/7 to prevent suicides. I heard some saying it is still fairly easy while others are saying it's impossible now.
