Is it ok to drink coffee the day before sn?

I love cafetiere flavoured coffee- the caramel, vanilla etc kind. I want to leave drinking one of my favourite things. Is this an ok thing to drink the day before? I want to drink quite a few of them. Is that ok with taking sn the next day?

If you fast at least 8 hours after that, i think it's gonna be okay

Drinking them the day before shouldn't cause any issue. There's nothing in coffee that would interfere with the process of nitrite toxicity.
