i feel like such a liar and a hypocrite trying to offer my loved ones any support or advice for the future, knowing i wouldn't take my own advice for a second. it's like i know exactly what to say but the words couldn't be more hollow for me. it makes me feel guilty sometimes, how can i lie and say it gets better when i know damn well that's not a guarantee for anyone?
