Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is it bad to wish for people to care about you?

Just seeing how completely worthless I am to everyone in my life. I had a suicide attempt that put me in the ICU on a ventilator for a few days back in August, and going through that really outlined how completely worthless I am. Is it so wrong to want someone to care?

Just someone to sit down and actually talk to me, and really listen to me. I am killing myself with my drug addiction and I don't know how to get help at this point. I watch intervention and just imagine people giving me an intervention and a way to get into residential treatment. This addiction is a nightmare because I am addicted to over the counter cough suppressant, DXM.

Absolutely normal to want that!!
I can really understand why you so desperately want help with your addiction and the pain behind it. I'm very sorry to read this and I always have the spontaneous impulse to help, but sadly that does not work :-/
As a teenager I was offered a lot of help, but when you're an adult hardly anyone is interested. It would be so nice if you had someone to help you like you would want from a mother...
Are there free drug counseling centers in your country? Or self-help groups? Narcotics anonymous for example. It's so incredibly sad to read how difficult it is for some people to get help.
I send you love and hope! And if you want the courage to try something again.

I don't think you're entitled. It's completely human to want someone to care. I hate that we can be made to feel like that's so bad, to want love and compassion.
