Is hood or dive mask better?

I am about to buy nitrogen and regulator and eebd as hood or dive mask. What is better option.
Anyone know successful cbts?

I was considering a dive mask, but I am in the US and cannot find an adapter to connect the dive mask to the GCA-580 valve on my nitrogen tank. A dive mask setup is also very expensive. Therefore, I believe if you are in the US, an EEBD hood may be more practical and simpler.
