Discussion Is Cusco(Cuzco) in Peru a solid place to get N?

(Sorry for my poor English at first)

I surveyed all the ways to ctb, and I prefer N now.
The following question for me is "where to get it on the counter(no mailing)?"

so far I found :
Mexico <= got VISA problem
Thailand <= not or less suggested
Philippines <= not or less suggested
Peru - Lima <= suggested in PPH(PPEH), but someone in other thread said prescription is required, not that easy
Peru - Cusco <= suggested in PPH(PPEH), seems a nice choice

So, is Cusco really that good?
Could you guys please give me some hints?

I can't help with Peru (though please keep me updated about whatever you find out as I am considering going there) but I can tell you that buying N here in Thailand is currently not an option.

There are some news of people going to cusco for suicide but dunno if they sell N there :/ I know you can buy sn through mercado libre and in Lima (san luis district) you can find vets suppliers.

That's pretty much how I'd like to go too. Although you left out the massive steak, bottles of red wine and friendly chicas that are key to my plans.

Wait, were the Philippines ever an option for N? I'd no idea if so
