Maybe you could give them away to those shelters, who take care of dogs while their owners are on vacation? Or maybe you could send a letter or package shortly before taking SN to family members or else, the package would arrive 3 days after your death.
Regarding your pets, can you used delayed emails to various people, to ensure they are taken care of ?
If you are already contemplating the idea of regret (plus still going back & forth on the idea generally)...I would say you need a little more time to reflect and consider this-once only, no turning back action, perhaps you have some reasons in your life (your heart?) or your mind to think that you would regret it- some element of hope perhaps, even if it is just an iota, a mere glimmer of possibilities other than this? Perhaps you can take some small comfort and reassurance (as I have noticed other members seen to dol) that you do have access to a method, a 'fall-back' plan that you can always have for the future, just because you have it-dont feel that you need to fast-track any decision making, it will be there...for now you have time and you have life...you can just take each moment as it comes.

I have thought about that but my cat does absolutely not like strangers and I think that it will hold me back because of guilt if I'd bring her to a cattery and give a phone number of someone I trust.
A good friend of me has promised me if I'd ctb is willing to see or she can take any of my pets in and if not then she will make sure that they all go to a lovely home.
Yeah, there are a lot of things to worry about after you have ctb'ed. The best remedy I could think to fix that would be sending a delayed email or text to someone, but that has it's own problems like who would you choose to discover your body?
Could you get some keys cut, and post them to your friend ? (for security, obviously don't write your address anywhere on that letter / parcel)

I haven't seen my friend for 3 years so in all honesty I don't know her address anymore hahaha and asking for her address might be a bit suspicious.
I do really appreciate your help but that's unfortunately not possible because you are already in my apartment if you'd open the frontdoor, I can leave the door unlocked however there are homeless people here and sometimes drunk people who fight in front of my apartment so if any of them gets in.. I'd be more scared that someone would harm my pets then, you know?Some more ideas :
You could open a po box where you get your own private locker, and put a spare set of keys in there.
If your friend was willing, they could be the "co-ordinator".
They could explain to the police where the spare keys are, so the police don't have to use a forced entry.
But you should also be able to send a delayed email to the police, where you explain the same thing, plus give the contact details of your friend who will be helping to re-home your pets
Ideally you would do 2 delayed emails, with everything explained, and send to police and your friend.

I bet every single person that ends their own life feels this for a certain amount of time. It's survival Instinct but past that there is fear.. I've said before I'm not afraid of death I'm afraid of dying...
I think no matter how ready a person is, some have extremely strong survival instincts that may kick in regardless.
Is SI the same as regret thou? I guess they have similar tendencies & there is some cross over. From a personal perspective I feel like I will have very strong nerves (si) & fear it won't work (si) & of course fear of pain/ discomfort (si) but yet I can't think that I will feel regret. Aside from the sense of regret that I wish my life had not come to this...but not regret that I have taken it...(when the time comes)...if that makes any sense at all...
