Is anyone thinking about it because of money and debt?

Hi. I live in a country that wouldn't really be considered the Middle East. I've been in a financial crisis for months and I can't get out of it. There's no one left I can borrow money from. I can't find a job.
I tried sex work. I got beaten and didn't get paid. I couldn't even make that work.
I messaged rich, famous people online. They didn't even open my messages.
1I'm really exhausted now. I can't sleep. I can't think about anything else. It's the only thing on my mind.
I have two sick parents. I'm their only child. I can't even afford their weekly food anymore. They don't know anything. I can't tell them. I took on more debt to cover my debt and just sank deeper. There's no work.
In my country, $3,000 is a lot of money. I don't want to die over this… but I don't see another way.
Is anyone else like me? What are you doing?

I'm not in debt but I'm unemployed. I am not young anymore and I never learned job skills. I have no plausible economic future.
